A separate external utility room houses the washing machine. In the living room, there is a large flat screen TV with cable channels. Bluetooth speakers are also available. From the living area, patio doors lead directly to the shaded terrace.

Bedrooms ONE to FOUR are located on the ground floor of the villa.
Bedroom ONE has a double bed with an en suite shower room.
Bedrooms TWO, THREE and FOUR have twin beds and en suite shower rooms.
On the ground floor there is also an additional cloakroom.
Bedroom FIVE, the master suite, it is on the first floor of the villa.This room has a double bed, an en suite bathroom with shower unit and double wash basins. Patio doors lead to a private sun terrace with a double sunlounger bed.
The salter swimming pool is located at the far end of the extensive lawn garden, it measures approximately 11 metres x 5.5 metres with steps entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The shaded terrace is furnished with comfy seating, external dining table with chairs and BBQ for al-fresco dining.

Located within walking distance of the villa, there is a delightful Portuguese tapas restaurant. The villa is also located within walking distance to the main Vale do Lobo roundabout entrance where there is a supermarket.

Rates include a maid cleaning service Monday- Friday except public holidays. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.
