Three bedroomed villa with pool (138357/AL)

Duplex with swimming pool situated in Vale do Lobo near the Tennis Academy. This pleasant duplex is surrounded by green landscapes and within walking distance of the main infrastructures of the Resort.
The ground floor consists of the dining room with table and six chairs for meals, kitchen equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. In front of the dining room/kitchen there is a terrace with table and chairs to enjoy your meals al fresco.
Three steps up from the dining room and kitchen give access to the living room equipped with fireplace, TV and direct access to the terrace where the kidney-shaped pool is located. Table with 4 chairs provide support for meals, including a built-in barbecue. To enjoy the terrace and the pool complete the facilities, sofas, a round sun lounger and pool chairs. Also, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and sliding doors leading to the pool terrace. Adjacent to this there is a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, before reaching the bedrooms, there is a small terrace with two reclining chairs. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other has a double bed. From this double room the door leads to a small terrace with 2 chairs and a side table. A complete bathroom with shower serves both bedrooms. The top of the duplex has a terrace with 4 stools and a two-seater sofa to enjoy the view. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. Internet access available. The Tennis Academy with swimming pool is located about 50m away from the villa. Maid service available once a week.
