Villa Nemo is an amazing 5 bedroomed designer villa with pool situated in the Quadradinhos area, next to the golfing resort of Vale do Lobo. With four en suite bedrooms in the main house and a separate studio gives sleeping facilities for 10 persons.
Stunning open plan living space with comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV with cable for portuguese channels and an IPTV box for the english ones. It is also available an I-pod docking station. The open dining area and the fully equipped kitchen, adjacent to the living area, includes a fridge freezer, a wine chiller, an oven and hob, integrated microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a juicer. The washing machine is located in a separate external utility room. The living and dinig areas lead to the outdoor sitting/dining space terraces and to the pool.

The villa has three bedrooms on the ground floor, the master suite on the first floor and the fifth bedroom is set on the annexe studio at the end of the garden.
The master bedroom, located on first floor of the villa, has a double bed, an en suite bathroom with shower unit and twin sinks. Patio doors lead to a private terrace.
The other three bedrooms are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom TWO has two twin beds together to make a double one and en suite shower room.
Bedroom THREE has also two twin beds together and en suite shower room. Doors lead to a side terrace with table and chairs. Bedroom FOUR has a double bed and en suite shower room and patio doors that lead to a terrace with table and chairs.
All four bedrooms have a wall mounted TV with portuguese and english channels.
The villa offers centralized air conditioning system with individual room controls throughout the property. Wi-Fi internet available. Both included on the price.
Bedroom FIVE is located in the annexe studio at the far end of the garden grounds of the villa. This annexe offers sleeping facilities for two persons with a double bed and an en suite shower room, a kitchenette with sink, mini-fridge and a kettle. TV projection screen and air conditioning are also available. Outside, in front of the bedroom window, seating area with table and chairs in the garden are also available.

The outside space houses the private overflow swimming pool which has approximately11 metres X 6 metres with integral steps entry and can be heated at a weekly supplementary charge. The poolside terrace is furnished with sunbeds for sunbathing facilities. Charcoal BBQ is also available.

Pool towels, hairdryers in all bathrooms and a safe it is available for guest's use. Maid service cleaning is also included on the price for 3 times a week. One cot and one highchair are available at free cost.
